At 35 minutes each way, the question is how to get the most from each trip. Mondays and Wednesdays are the answer for most Zanesville members: adult jiu-jitsu at 6:30 PM, then kickboxing at 7:35 PM, two hours of training for one drive.
Saturday works the same way, with kickboxing at 10:00 AM and 90 minutes of all-ages jiu-jitsu at 11:00 AM. Kids can train at 5:30 on weekdays while a parent waits in the seats by the mat or trains the 6:30 class right after.
The lineage matters to people making this drive: Delta's head instructor Greg Schaffer earned his black belt from Professor Robin Gieseler, one of Relson Gracie's first ten black belts.
