Delta sits on 30th Street at the Newark and Heath line, about eight minutes from downtown Newark. More of our members live in Newark than anywhere else.
Most of Delta's members come from Newark, so the gym works like a neighborhood spot. You'll see coworkers, classmates and neighbors on the mat, and first classes feel less like walking into a stranger's gym.
The address says Heath, but the building is a block from the Newark side of 30th Street. From the east end of town it's often quicker than crossing Newark for groceries.
Short drive, more classes: plenty of Newark members stack a kids class at 5:30 with adult jiu-jitsu at 6:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays, then add kickboxing at 7:35.
