Granville's mix of families and Denison University students and staff means very different weeks, and the schedule has room for both. Evening classes start at 6:30 PM, Saturday has a 90-minute session, and Muay Thai meets Wednesday at 6:30 AM, before a morning lecture or office hours.
Anyone 13 and up can join adult classes. College students new to jiu-jitsu usually start with Tuesday Fundamentals; wrestlers and experienced grapplers tend to find Thursday no-gi.
For Granville families, the kids program runs four afternoons a week between jiu-jitsu and kickboxing, and Saturday's all-ages class means a parent can train with their child.
